At Byron Shirts our primary concern is your satisfaction every time you shop with us, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. We want you to love our shirts as much as we do; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Please read our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.Returns for Standard Sized Items
Standard Sized items without any customization (including sleeve shortening or monogramming) may be exchanged or returned for a full and immediate refund. If you wish to do so, the shirt must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow our instructions in the section, "How to Return an Item for Refund or Exchange."Returns for Customized Items
We do not provide refunds or exchange for items with size customization, sleeve shortening and monogramming, as these are items that have been individually made for you. If the shirt is slightly loose, it is because good quality cottons – like those we use at Byron Shirts – will naturally shrink slightly when they are washed the first few times. For more details please read our ‘Measurements and Fitting’ section in our FAQ’s. However, (and in the unlikely event!) there is a critical error with the measurements we will give you a full refund or provide you with an exchange. Please note that the final decision of whether a critical error has been made will be up to the Byron Shirts management team. All items should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items to us, however if you wish to exchange the item, we will pick up the tab of delivering your replacement shirt. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when you return a shirt. This is free of charge and available at any post office. Once you have proof, just sit back and wait for your replacement shirt or refund to arrive.How to Return an Item for Refund or Exchange
- Please contact us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include: A. Your purchase confirmation number B. The reason for your return C. If you would like a refund or exchange. We will then issue you with a Returns Number and a Returns Label.
- Fill out the Refund/Exchange Form and be sure to include your issued Returns Number. The Returns number is your original order number followed by the letters RET (for example 119RET)
- Package the merchandise enclosing a copy of the Returns Form. Please print out the returns label and attach it to the package. Send the package using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note that we may not accept liability for all returned goods.
All successfully returned items for refund, will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to have any influence over this.Exchanges
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package.
